Don't you just love a commercial that has people whacking one another because they aren't so swift and need some sense knocked into them like the V8 commercial? Go ahead and eat that candy bar for breakfast when you know better... Whack!!  Now, that is funny.

Of course, it is not so funny when we beat our own selves up for not doing something we know we SHOULD have or for doing something we know we should NOT do. However you slice it, there is a bright side to all of this and that is we have the capacity to recognize our mistakes and try to get it right the next time. So, keep on trying! And- don't forget to help your peeps out when they need support or a "gentle reminder" that they have strayed off the path.
